Bimoclomol significantly increases LVDP and CO, but it decreases LVEDP under ischemic conditions. Bimoclomol displays a biphasic effect on the rate of relaxation. Bimoclomol (>10 μM) causes concentration-dependent vasorelaxation, with EC50 value of 214 μM.
